How do I take care of my items?
All of our items come with a care label. We strongly recommend following these instructions.
How do I receive the latest information?
All the latest information or launches will be communicated via our Instagram and Newsletter. Sign up as a customer, or enter your email address in the bottom section of the site to receive our newsletters.
Will there be any additional costs to my order?
Orders within the European Union will not be subject to any additional charges. For countries outside the European Union charges may be added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by 12inthemorning.
What payment methods does 12inthemorning accept?
We accept the following payment options:

How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately 12inthemorning doesn’t offer refunds or returns for buyers remorse or wrong sizes.
If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, please e-mail [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- E-mail address the order was made with
- Your request
- Please provide us with clear photograph of the problem.
We’ll get back to you with the necessary information to start the return process.
Keep in mind that buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
I’ve added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.
Do I need to set up an account to order something online?
No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as guest, checkout fast with a Paypal account or register as customer.
How do I return or exchange a sale item?
Sale items bought online can not be returned nor exchanged.
My sale order is cancelled. What happened?
Because of the high demand of our sale items, orders placed during the sale are only confirmed after receiving a shipping confirmation email. Therefore it is possible that your order will be cancelled because of out of stock items.
How long is the delivery time during the holidays and sale periods?
Please be aware of a longer delivery time during the holidays and sale periods. We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days.
What if my return is not accepted?
The only reason we won’t accept a return is if it is contrary to our guidelines. If you send something back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return it to back to the sender. If you would like it shipped back, we will take a Paypal payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns centre for 90 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.
I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service first with more details. After conformation you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be checked and when it is covered by our warranty policy a new item will be send back to you free of charge.
I have placed an order during regular sale, can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your products purchased in the the regular sale and the full amount of your order will be refunded.
When do I get my refund?
Returns will be processed approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
How will my order be shipped?
All items are separately packed in plastic to prevent damaging and will be delivered in a shippingbox or plastic shippingbag.

How long is the delivery time?
We aim to deliver all orders within five working days of your order being processed. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.
Where do you deliver and what are the Europe Zones?
We deliver worldwide. However, we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.

Do you ship overseas?
We offer Worldwide Shipping at the moment. Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your 12AM order is being shipped from our supplier in Riga, Latvia. Orders within the US are shipped from our supplier in Los Angeles, CA.
Our estimated shipping delivery times are the following:
